Neuređena državna čestica, na kojoj su ilegalne garaze i olupine vozila, brodova, kamp kucica koje se uporno uz sve molbe i izdana rjesenja od strane inspekcije, komunalna sluzba ne zeli ukolonit. Dok se ne dogodi nesto.
